Service policy

This policy summarizes the advertised service packages. Your agreed project scope will specify deliverables and any additional work. This content has not been legally reviewed.

Website packages · CAD

Starter website — $500 CAD: one page, responsive design, a contact form, client-supplied content, and one revision round.

Business website — $1,000 CAD: up to five pages, responsive design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO setup, and two revision rounds.

Redesigns: one-page redesigns start at $500 CAD; redesigns of up to five pages start at $1,000 CAD. Complex migrations, ecommerce, additional pages, and advanced functionality are quoted separately.

The initial build includes one standard domain and applying your existing branding. Premium domains are quoted separately. New logo or brand development, ongoing SEO campaigns, extensive copywriting, major redesigns, and work beyond package limits require a separate quote.

Website care — $50 CAD/month

Website care is required to keep your website hosted with Elevate Digital Labs. It includes hosting, routine maintenance, backups, up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month, and standard domain renewal while the plan remains active.

Small content changes are updates within the existing site, such as replacing supplied text or photos. Larger requests and work beyond the monthly allowance are quoted separately. The plan does not include unlimited changes or guaranteed search rankings.

Content, reviews, and approval

Please provide content and assets you have permission to use. We agree on the scope, build the design, and review it together before launch. Client feedback and revision requests should identify the relevant design version. Portal approvals record the version reference and approval time. External preview links may change, so use the version label and any attached design document to identify your approval.

Cancellation and transfer

Ending the monthly service ends hosting with Elevate Digital Labs. Once the initial build is fully paid, you may take your website and transfer your domain to another provider. Hosting-specific features may require configuration elsewhere. This policy does not establish a minimum contract, cancellation penalty, notice period, or transfer fee.

The initial portal does not automatically suspend websites or transfer domains. Contact Brad to coordinate cancellation or a transfer.
